How to Save & Print

  1. Open the PDF in Your Browser: Click on the PDF link to open it in your browser.
  2. Save the PDF:
    • Look for a download icon (often represented by an arrow pointing downwards) near the PDF in your browser. Click on this icon.
    • A dialog box will appear asking where you want to save the file. Choose a location you can easily remember, such as your Desktop or Documents folder.
    • Click “Save”.
  3. Find the Saved PDF:
    • After saving, if you're unsure where the file is, you can usually find it by checking the default download location:
      • Windows: Open File Explorer (folder icon on the taskbar) and click on “Downloads” in the left-hand menu.
      • Mac: Open Finder and click on “Downloads” in the left-hand menu.
    • Look for the PDF file in the Downloads folder. If you chose a specific location (like Desktop or Documents), navigate there to find the file.
  4. Open the Saved PDF:
    • Double-click on the PDF file to open it. It should open in your default PDF viewer (like Adobe Reader, Preview for Mac, etc.).
  5. Print the PDF:
    • Once the PDF is open in the PDF viewer, look for the “Print” icon, often located in the top menu.
    • You can also press Ctrl + P on Windows or Command + P on Mac to open the print dialog.
    • In the print dialog, choose your printer, select the number of copies, and adjust any other settings as needed.
    • Click on “Print” to start printing.

Hi Jenny! Thanks for your sweet words! Our goal is for all cookiers (beginner or experienced) to have the information they need in order to be successful—we don’t believe in gatekeeping here at the Cookie Countess! 😝 Have fun, and always feel free to reach out if you need anything!
