Shipping Policies

 Seller is not responsible for delayed or lost items. Please contact the USPS or UPS with the tracking number sent to you when your order has shipped. The shipping window given by the USPS for first class shipping in the USA is 1-7 days. All items are shipped from Rhode Island, shipment time will depend on your distance from us.

Please be aware that although most international retail orders take 14 days to arrive, it may take up to 30 days via the postal service. Seller is not responsible for any additional customs charges by the buyer's country so please be aware. Also note that you may NOT be able to track your order once it leaves the US. Seller is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. Please contact your local post office or customs department. We have limited the countries we ship to internationally via the post office to the ones that have the least amount of problems and lost packages. If you live outside of these countries we encourage you to ask your local baking supply store to contact us to carry our stencil line in their shop. 


Return Policy

We take returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase on unused items still in original packaging.(we do not take returns on meringue powder due to tampering risk) Buyer must pay actual cost of return postage. Please email us at for return questions. Rolling pins are very expensive to ship so expect to pay $12-$20 to send one back. If there are any defects with products please contact us for replacement.
