Collapsible cookie rack

I really like that it gives me more counter space but dislike that you have to u screw it to collapse it when not being used.

It's ok

The rack is ok but I thought I'd be able to collapse it without taking the screws out. It's kind of a waste for me. It's just sitting in my basement because I don't want to put it up and take it down. I don't have the kitchen room to leave it up. I usually love everything I buy from the cookie countess but honestly, for the money, I wish the design was better. Not sure if I'm missing something but there should be a way to collapse it without taking the screws out...

Never knew how much I needed this!

I am a professional baker and have been using a library ladder (set up in my kitchen to reach the upper shelvesof my cabinets) to hold my cookie sheets as I take the hot sheets from the oven and after I decorate them. I was concerned this rack would not be sturdy enough to hold 4 sheets of product. My goodness was I incorrect. This cookie rack is perfect for housing hot cookie sheets and freshly decorated sheets as you let your icing dry. It is sturdy and, when not in use, it folds up compactly for storage. I am 100% sold on this rack and am going to see if it will hold lighter sheets of bread as they come from the oven. I know I won't be able to utilize all 4 layers for bread, but even every other row will work for me.

Finally !!!

Beyondddd happy with this !!!! This is the best when you have a large order and wondering where you're going to put everything. The only downfall is putting it together and taking apart , so I just leave it out. Btw LOVE the mats , and your spatulas are the BEST !!!!
