You can fit up to a half sheet pan. (typically 18" x 13")
Can you put hot pans on the collapsible cookie rack?
Yes! Our rack is a great place to out your sheet pans as they come out of the oven.
Do I have to loosen all the screws every time I want to collapse it and store it?
Yes. The nuts and bolts of our rack are what make it super sturdy when assembled. The process of loosening the screws to collapse only takes a couple minutes.
