When is the 2 tsp of vanilla extract added? It isn’t mentioned in the directions. Thank you!

Hi Medeeah! The 2 tsp is an optional step and can be added in when you’re dissolving the meringue powder in the hot water. The meringue powder we use (Genie’s Dream) already has a nice vanilla flavor to it, so we don’t always add extra vanilla but it’s totally up to you and your preferences 😊 Hope this helps!
