Handy Drying Tip For Preventing Rust
  • Wash your cookie cutters and baking sheet(s) immediately after baking.
  • AFTER turning off your oven, place the cookie cutter(s) on the washed cookie sheet and place in the cooling oven. Let the remaining warmth of the oven dry your cookie sheet(s) and cutter(s). This tip can also apply to other kitchen items made of tin plated steel, including decorating tips and spring form pans.

WI - Land of cheese, brats and beer!

My husband is a WI boy, born and raised, and I’m a MN girl through and through (now living in WI). So, I purchased both of the cutters, MN & WI, and made a MN Vikings vs. Green Bay Packers set (using the football cutter, football helmet, football field lines stencil, round for pom poms, and rectangle cutter with sprinkles for spectators (aerial view of stadium). So fun to make, cutters were easy to use.

For a separate WI set, I used the WI state cutter, a beer mug cutter (purchased years ago - not sure where I got it), and then cut my own cheese wedges, Really fun WI set! I think Cookie Countess has a hotdog/bun cutter...next up on my list to add WI brats to the set! I love to mix and match cutters for fun and unique sets and Cookie Countess has an incredible assortment to choose from!
