  • What's that Ingredient? Potassium Acid Tartrate is also known as Cream of Tartar. Sodium Aluminosilicate is an anticaking agent.

Genie's Dream meringue powder

I saw so many favorable reviews about this product I decided to try it. I use my own royal icing recipe and it works very well. Easy to mix and blend. So when I ran out of that first package I bought another! Going forward this will be my go to meringue powder . I do recommend Genie's meringue powder.
