I bought this thinking it would save me time, and seal my icing bags so I can cut them off. I still have oozing of icing out the end of the bag, and it makes a terrible mess. I looked at the reviews and I looked at a metal one that is 1/2 the cost, now I wish I would have purchased the metal one to try. I have a terrible time trying to tie a knot at the end of the bag, I thought it would be quicker to seal rather than use clips. I would not recommend purchasing this to seal your icing bags.

If it wasn’t for finding this timesaver I would have stopped doing so many classes and DIY kits. I save so much time and as long as my bags are twisted tightly the seal is perfect.

Not worth the $$$

I bought this based on the reviews posted here. I am so very disappointed! I have another bag sealing system (which was so much cheaper and is metal). The one from Cookie Countess is truly worthless. Every time I have tried to use it, my icing comes out of the bags and it doesn't hold. I don't know if it is the quality of the tape or something else. The sealer itself seems to apply the tape correctly, but the tape just won't stay sealed and my icing comes out where I tried to seal it. This only happens on bags that I use the Cookie Countess sealer, not my other sealer. I would have to say the quality of the tape is very poor. So I don't even use it any longer. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

YOU NEED THIS.....NOW!

Im so in love with this. Any time I need to bag I pull her out. Makes bagging for DIY Kits and classes so much easier too! I did run out of bags right before my class I had scheduled. Unfortunately the tape can't be out on amazon(only bulk when I needed it) and had to rubber band everything. Never taking her for granted again.
