Super Easy To Use

When I first tried dipping my cookies I was using a small bowl and a spatula and I didn't get the best results. I've tried a couple other times with a bigger bowl and got a little better with it. Now that I have the Dippidy-Do it makes it so much easier! I still need the practice, but the size of the pan is perfect for small and larger cookies and the stationary piece that helps you level off the icing works perfectly! I'll definitely be using the dip method more now that I have more confidence and great tools!

Great device, needs a lid

I just used my new Dippidy Do on 3 dozen cookies of 3 different sizes, very small to very large. and it definitely made the whole process easier. I did very large cookies, 3.5x4.5 and managed to keep most of the icing in the bowl. There is however one shortcoming. Icing for dipping needs to sit in the container for a while to let the bubbles rise. The Dippidy-Do doesn’t have a lid, so I used plastic wrap. Also, if you get interrupted, or need to do a large batch over several days, it needs a lid. There is a serendipitous solution, and Cookie Countess might want to add a note regarding this solution. I have a 5.5 quart KA tilt head mixer When I was cleaning the Dippidy Do, I was looking for somewhere to rest it in the sink. The mixing bowl was still there from making the icing. Voila! The KA mixing bowl is the same diameter as the 8” cake pan for the Dippidy Do and I have a lid for the bowl. Next time, I’ll try to remember! Otherwise, it’s a great size, good for cookies large and small.

This product makes it so much easier to dip cookies to ice them and then scrape the excess icing from the cookie. It worked like a charm and it saves so much time when making a large order of decorated cookies. I would recommend this item.
