I used this paint on an order that I had, I really like how it’s great to work with didn’t have any trouble with it

I bought this on a whim to use for some portrait cookies. I found that it was a little more thin than I prefer and I had to keep going over the same area to get fully saturated color. My personal preference is using black gel food coloring with alcohol or extract for painting details.

Breanna, thank you for sharing your experience! It will help other decorators out there. If you're looking for a black paint where you can really control the opacity, I recommend going with one of the powder or cake palette formulas and you can mix them with a bit of vodka or lemon juice to get the consistency you need. I hope that helps!

Love these paints!

I'm never disappointed with the Edible Art paints! All the colors I have so far are great.

I decided to give this a try for painting on my unicorn lashes. It was fantastic! A little goes a long way. I will definitely be ordering more colors!
