Petal Dust: Water soluble, designed for dry application using a brush. It can also be used to color most other food products. Has a matte finish.

Fondust: A powder food color designed for ood with very low water content like fondant, sugar work (before or after baking), almond paste, royal icing, buttercream, cake mix, macaroons, decorating gel, candy, etc. Practically everything ... except pure chocolate.
