The Genie UltiMat is great to use for cookie work, pie crusts, fondant work, airbrushing and more. This 16"x20" mat has measurement markings in BOTH inches and centimeters and is super easy to clean.

To clean your UltiMat, just use hot, soapy water and then rinse clean. Once it's dry, you can roll it up or just toss it in a drawer. It won't bend or get distorted.

The super shiny backing holds the mat in place while you use it. After you use it, you can simply roll it up and toss it into a drawer, it is so flexible it doesn't bend or get distorted!

However, it so handy, that you will want to leave one out on the counter all the time.

I love this mat! It is anti slip and stays where I put it on the counter! Planning on getting the other size too! Highly recommend!

SOOO much easier to roll out cookie dough

I had a similar type of mat that didn’t hold a candle to this one. The Genie Ultimat lays perfectly flat on my granite countertop, doesn’t slide around, and holds the cookie dough in place without needing a ton of flour. Plus, it’s easy to store. I should’ve bought one sooner. It’s worth every penny. Do need to be careful with metal cookie cutters as they can cut through the surface.

So far this mat is very nice. I am no longer sliding around the counter when kneading dough or cutting out cookies! Do need to be a bit careful with metal cookie cutters to not cut the mat, but otherwise-Most helpful.
