Nice base flavor

I'm still playing around with "go to" cookie flavorings and I like this one. It isn't overly citrusy and paired well with lemon Royal Icing.

New favorite flavor

I was looking for something to give a little omph to my sugar cookies. I was feeling like they were a bit flat. I saw the add for this and took the chance. I added 1t to a single batch of cookies and really didn't get that much of a difference. Then I added 2T to my normal large batch (Christmas batch, if you will) and WOW! That was wonderful! Just enough to taste it but not to much to be over powering. It has a beautiful citrus flavor, kinda lemon but with more citrus flavor to it. I love it! I can't wait to make more cookies with it.

Great flavor

This adds a bright crisp flavor to your desserts. I used it in my sugar cookie recipe and got lots of compliments. It's a fun and easy way to vary your recipe for spring and summer.
