Strong and Stiff

This spatula is wonderful! It's difficult to find ones that are stiff enough at the end for thicker royal icing, but this handles it like a charm. I'll definitely be getting more!

Buy these, you'll love them

I had the smaller spatula (reviewed separately), and I found that it was the only one I was reaching for. I bought this one, as I needed a taller one to use in my mixer, and it's also become my go-to. The metal core is great, but the quality of the silicone also holds up. It is *so* much easier to clean than a spatula that is two pieces. These would also make great gifts to a baker or cook in your life.

Buy these spatulas!

I had no idea how much of a difference a spatula could make. After using this one, my others are left sitting in the drawer.
Pros: easy to clean, strong, no weird odor, no nooks for yucky build up, and a beautiful color.
I will be buying more of them, in the bigger sizes.

Super Stiff but Still Flexible!

I am absolutely in love with these spatulas! I ordered the 8.75" size, and they're great for all different consistencies of icing. Keep in mind that they are made of silicone, so they aren't completely hard like a solid plastic one would be. They will always have some flex to them, so if you want 100% hard/stiff, I'd recommend a different material. But I love these because they'll bend just enough to really get every bit out of the bowl! They're super easy to wash and don't take up too much space.
