How soon will I receive my stencils?

Most Orders will ship out within 1-2 business days. During high volume times, such as orders made during special sales and promotions, it may take a couple days longer. Most orders made within the US will ship via the US Postal Service but some may go UPS depending on weight. If you chose First Class shipping at check-out your order will generally take 1-5 days to reach you. We are located in Rhode Island, shipping times are largely dependent on your distance from us. If you choose Priority shipping it will generally take 1-3 days. Please note the USPS does not guarantee First Class or Priority shipping times, but we find them to be accurate 99% of the time. If you choose Express shipping it will take 1-2 business days - once it is shipped. We make every attempt to ship Priority and Express orders the same day, if received before 2pm EST. This is not a guarantee, but we will always make our best effort. You can track your order with the tracking number emailed you upon shipping. If you order never reaches you, please contact your local postal office with the tracking number. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the USPS. Do you make Custom Stencils?

Unfortunately we do not make custom stencils. If you have a suggestion though for a stencil you’d like to see in the shop feel free to let us know. Keep in mind we can not replicate copyright protected images, such as Disney characters and sports team logos.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the USA, Canada and Australia. We may use USPS or UPS depending on the size and weight of your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Expect your order to take 7-21 days to reach you once shipped. You can track your order with the tracking number emailed to you at shipping. We are NOT responsible for any import taxes due. Australia does not require import duties for orders less than $1000 AUD which is good news. Canada does but it varies. Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! If you have retail shop, either physical or internet, please contact us for more info. Tell us where you are located and provide web links to your store.We can ship wholesale orders to just about any country via DHL. Shipping rates rates for most countries for wholesale orders is a flat $55. Tell us where you are located and provide web links to your store.

How should I wash my stencils?

Simply run your stencil under warm water to wash away any icing, or airbrush color on it. Then pat dry between clean cloths or paper towels.
